The KNF LABOPORT N 840 G Diaphragm Pump is an exceptional choice for laboratory applications, boasting a chemically resistant, compact design. This oil-free pump ensures pure transferring, evacuation, and compression of gases, thanks to its 100% oil-free operation. It is especially suitable for handling extremely aggressive or corrosive gases and vapors, highlighting its high vapor and condensate compatibility. The pump features manual speed control, allowing users to tailor the pump capacity to specific needs, and an integrated gas ballast valve for enhanced performance. Constructed with PTFE/TFM heads, PTFE-coated diaphragms, and FFPM valves, it ensures durability and reliability in demanding environments.

Additionally, the pump is ATEX compliant for internal atmospheres, ensuring safety in hazardous conditions. It offers the flexibility to add separators and/or condensers individually, allowing users to customize their vacuum systems. The 3-color status display indicates operation, stand-by, and error modes, while the integrated rotational speed control adds to its user-friendliness. The pump's ability to start against the ultimate vacuum and its environmentally friendly design further enhance its appeal for a wide range of laboratory applications.
